It would probably be dangerous to install the 95 tires. You see, the 102 or 95 is the load index, and the H or S is the speed index. 95 is too low load index for the Ev ( I dont know wha tit needs, the Vanagon needs 97) tirerack.com has explanations, see http://www.tirerack.com/tires/frames/tiretech_f.html
