Subject: Side table in Wolfsburg
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

In a gallent attempt to spend quality time with my three year old son, he and I packed a picnic dinner and went up to a local park on Lake Ontario. We threw rocks, played on a playground and then tumbled in the bus for our dinner. I wanted to keep the bus relatively clean of food debris, so I tried to bring the table into the open and locked position. Wouldn't budge. So we ate off our laps and, as three year olds are wont to do, made a general mess of things.

When I got home, I tried for about an hour to get the $#@%*& table to open with no luck. So here's the question: Is there any way to open that darn table, short of a pry bar? I tried pulling, pushing, and using a rather large screw driver, to no avail. And, once open, is there anyway to do some sort of PM or something to get the mechanism to function better?

Suggestions most welcome.
