Subject:      '85 Cold Start Idle

When I start my '85 1.9l, the gas pedal seems unresponsive for a minute or
so--small movements seem to have little effect on the idle speed.  Larger
movements will cause it to respond.  I am guessing the idle mixture is off.  Is
it too rich or too lean?  It straightens out after a few minutes, but I have to
be real careful when it is cold or it will stall.   Whats your best guess on the
mixture?
