Subject: Wanted: bumper for '87
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Forgot to mention this in my earlier post. PO's grandmother backed into some things (gently, but . . . ) and the rear bumper is pretty well mangled. PO took it off and was going to beat it straight and destroyed the little retaining clips on the rubber part. Don't even ask me where the plastic end-caps went!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was thinking that the bumper would lose a significant amount of its strength if beat back into shape. If this is the case, then I need another chrome bumper with all the little accessories that adorn it (you can keep your bumper stickers! :^) ). If not, then I just may give Ron Salmon a call for the rubber and plastic parts . . . Anybody?

Thanks all. You guys have been most helpful. I hope you don't tire of my posts soon; I imagine there'll be a lot more to look forward to! ;^)
