Subject: '85 autotrans/trailer hitch
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hi All... s'been a while.

Been racking up miles on the wasserboxer thanks mostly to the wisdom of this list.

Tranny question:

My floor mounted gear selector operates *very* difficultly when the engine (trans) is cold and with a bit more smoothness when warm. Foamy bubbles are evident on the tranny fluid dipstick. Any suggestions before I tear into it? There are about 110K miles on the transmission and I have not serviced it in the 30K that I've added.

Trailer hitch:

Someone was manufacturing and shipping much-raved-about trailer hitches a few months back. Are there any available or can anyone send me the eddress or URL of the guy who was providing them?

Thanks J.Peter '85 Weekender: "Snugvagon" Alfred, NY ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
