Matt, I would check all of your other (cheap) stuff first like spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. Also ground connections. If all of these look good then it could be your temp sender (located on thermostat housing- blue connector) or your Air Flow Meter. You can troubleshoot either of these with a multimeter and the Bentley Manual. If you need that page and don't have a manual, call me and I can fax you a copy. Hope this helps.
