I happen to know that my '87 GL Syncro weighed in at 3950 lbs. I was working on a computer controlled grain scale and needed to test the calibration. It was empty at the time (no cargo, no people) but I don't recall where the gas tank level was at. Does anyone know the weight of a syncro westy vs. a standard syncro GL with no camping or weekended stuff. Actually, weights for all syncro models would be great. I used to have this info, but seem to have lost it. I need the data in order to make a final determination on the stiffness of the Betts syncro springs side order. Mark is doing the main order...for rears and maybe another run on fronts. I may do a separate run of front and rears with slightly different specs. Steve |
