I used my old (cracked/broken) panels as templates, and cut replacements out of +/- 1/8 hardboard (the stuff pegboard is made of). Then I found plastic laminate that matched my tan interior surfaces(formica and wilsonart are two well-known brands) After cementing the laminate to the hardboard, and cutting/drilling the appropriate holes, I mounted the panels using fasteners purchased at the FLAPS. Looks better than original, if I may say so myself. I only wish I'd seen Herr Bulley's insulate/soundproof pages before buttoning it up -- would have been the perfect time to make those mods. Good luck, however you do it! Doug
