the article said the stuff was used to salvage aircraft after being exposed to water or salt water. Salt water + aluminium=corrosion fast. Seems they even could salvage the radios by dipping them in fresh water and then dipping them in this stuff. Sort of like a super wd 40 which was developed in the fifties? for the same reason. i have the address for the stuff at home. I'll post it if people are interested. Cheers, Mark |
