If the pump is getting power then you should check the ground on the pump as maybe it is bad and not allowing you a complete circuit. It is the other plug on the pump and attaches to the frame under the van. Clean up the connections. If your pump was running for some reason with no fuel going through it then this will kill it quick. If your ground is good then your pump is toast. Could be just a coincidence that it decided to die right now. Just be thankful that it didn't happen on a lonely road somewhere. I have a good used pump that I would part with for $50. Or I have new pumps available for $135 (Piersburg- German). Let me know. Thanks, Ken Wilford http://www.vanagain.com John 3:16 Phone: (856)-765-1583 Shop: (856)-327-0027 Fax: (856)-327-2242 |
