Kriss, Be glad you don't have a Syncro... every time I sneeze it costs me $400 or more!! :) But seriously, I think there is more to the 60,000 k service than fluids and belts... like timing, air filter, etc... and what fluids is he changing... transmission, oil, differential, coolant? Some more detail may be in order... Also you might check your owner's manual for what a 60k service is supposed to entail.
