Subject: Thanks and Radio Antennae Question (82 van)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

Thanks for everyone's suggestions re my Diesel starter problem - the dealer was somewhat embarrassed so they replaced the starter for free. My next question is a minor thing but bugs me nonetheless - was there such a thing as a "stock" from-the-factory radio antennae on 1982 vans? The radio antennae on my 82 is a long, spring-type thing on the right side that bangs on the roof and doesn't seem to help the already poor reception, plus it looks weird (IMO). My 87 has a factory antennae on the left side, hence my puzzlement. TIA.

Donna, 1987 Wolfsburg, etc.
