I should have been more clear in my statement about the engines. I was told by the previous owners of both my trucks that the engines were replaced with new factory engines - not remanufactured engines.

The fact is that your 88 Vanagon's blown engine has a "Remanufactured in by VW Canada" label on it when you bought it at an auction in Georgia has no bearing or relationship on my listing for the 2 vehicles I have for sale.

You should have started a different thread on the Vanagon list for your concerns and comments.

Both my trucks are very sound mechanically.
