hey, debi..i assume from some of your past postings, you have a '84 7 pass. the headliners in the pass vans are held up by these spring steel rods. i have never seen a vanagon w/ a saggy headliner before, as they are not glued up to the cieling like in most cars. if your headliner is sagging, then someone may have pulled one of these rods out of place. if your talking about the sideliner part on the walls, yes, that is glued on, but not the part in the cieling.
