Hi Dan,

My expansion tank cracked at the top, between the pressure cap and the sensor. I tried JB weld but no way would it hold. Eventually, I ordered a brand new OEM tank from Bus Depot. At $29.95, it was worth it & it had the added advantage of being able to see the coolant again without having to peer through a layer of crud!

*Warning* - when ordering the tank, order the coolant level sensor o-ring. This *must* be replaced! When I replaced my tank, I re-used the o-ring against the advice of the folks on the list (hiya Joel! 8-) ). I coated the o-ring with silicone & tightened it down well. Did it leak?? Yup! 8-) The new o-ring was well worth the $1.49 that Ron charges.
