Subject: EuroCamper side door mosquito screen

If anyone has an 84 Westy and has installed the side door mosquito screen sold by EuroCamper (brand name Reimo), please contact me. I'm having trouble with the installation. It seems that the 84 (or all early Westies?) are different from later models and we're trying to figure out how to install it.

Many thanks!

Specific question for anyone: on my Westy there is a large rubber molding piece mounted to the backside (inside the van) of the sliding door track. It's about a ½" thick and hollow inside. Is this common to all Westies? Or just early ones?

I'm looking for a solid mounting point to attach the snaps to. The headliner where the fresh air vents are is too high, the back of the sliding door track (where the rubber molding is) can't be used because the screw would stick into the door track.
