        I've seen the **factory** right rear sliding window on a Vanagon
        with a CountryHome conversion here in the SanFrancisco BayArea!!

        In fact, the subject vehicle used to routinely drive through and
        in Palo Alto some years ago for a while...but never sufficiently
        stationary to have a closer look and talk to the owner :-(
