I had a friend call looking for brake parts for his 1965 bus, he talked
to Brian who was very unmotivated to help, talked about him doing the
research, and wasting time on the long distance phone bill. He also
cursed the incoming phone calls in his ear. (THIS DAMN PHONE!)

My last order 3 years ago I received the wrong parts for my 63 deluxe.
That set me back a week.
I'm sorry for using the list to get a hold of you Ron, but I was very
embarrassed by how my friend was treated after I INSISTED he call you.

Ron he needed all wheel cylinders, shoes, soft lines for a 65 kombi.
Brian asked for part numbers, said he had no way of looking them up and
he can't get them any way for over two weeks.
I told my friend to get two of everything sent for my up coming brake
job on my  65 sundial.
After his conversation with Brian he called his local NAPA, the German
parts will arrive Friday afternoon from them.

I told him not to order my set as I hope to give the bus depot another
chance.

Please let me know what's going on. If you are no longer into early bus
parts or mail order I need to know before I use or refer your place
again.
