FWIW- I've had similar problems in dealing with Brian as well, Rob. And I've got an 85! I have to say, though, when I stopped by TBD they were busy as all getout. Phones ringin, shipments going out etc. They are busy! In this economy, it's hard to find dedicated customer service personnel. Service firms all around experience this.
