For Sale: 1982 VW Westfalia 'Campmobile', overall good condition, 115k miles. Interior restored/reupholstered to better than new - all camping equipment (including 3-way refrig.) in good working order. Sale includes new propane tank not yet installed. Many mechanical systems renewed/replaced: Brakes (pads/rotors/shoes), clutch slave cyl., brake/clutch master cyl., gas tank, starter, fuel pump & lines, AFM module, coil, new heads on passenger side, bumpers, etc. - I could go on... Lots of improvements too - new lighting fixtures, installed 10A power supply/charger in second battery compartment, etc. etc. 2.0l air-cooled, manual trans., runs great - 100psi+ compression all four cyl. Body in good condition (stored winters) except for rust under utility hookups - previous owner didn't replace cracked hookup fittings (I did!). Original owners manuals (vehicle & westy conversion) and Bentley service manual included. Asking $4500/bo; please e-mail privately with any questions or interest.
