Brent (and all),

I happen to find it useful and informative to know when a vendor provides less than satisfactory service. ESPECIALLY if said vendor is on the mailing list. Said vendor can then make things right and let everyone know that he or she is a good vendor to buy from. I am sorry, but I happen to think if it is related to the topic at hand (Vanagons), that it is 100% applicable. If a vendor is slow to ship, hard to get refunds/exchanges from, produces or sells a bad product or is just plain dishonest, they deserve to be exposed in any way possible.

Michael
