geez!! thats gotta be the newest van ive heard w/ rust holes.. sounds like the accy. fill outlets seal were bad, water gets behind there, soaks the insulation, and never dries out. if you have a rusted rocker - your floor is most likely rusted too. the only way to properly fix it is to remove the sink/stove/fridge cabinets and inspect the damage from the inside. also all outlet seals need to be replaced too. Mill supply in Ohio sells vanagon rust replacement panels, as well as a myriad of other businesses. maybe even RMMW.. good luck, the only way to do it is to do it right.. chris
