Hi gang, My Dad's westy came missing one of the knob/shafts from one of the armrests. A generous list members has supplied one for the fix. Thanks again Joel!!!! But it is not clear to me how to reinstall. The arm is off the chair and we have removed the fabric cover. I can see a square nut loose inside. Before I cut the foam open to figure out how this thing works I thought I would ask those who have been there before for advice. Do I need to cut it open? If not, how do I fix it? If yes, then where do I cut to do the least damage and still get it back together. I tried to search Gerry but he either didn't like the question or I didn't ask right. I wish I had X-Ray vision. Hellllllllp. Thanks, Kevin Dawson |
