For Farmer's on '88 Westy, I pay $43.98/month for full coverage in Columbus Indiana (town of 32k people, but the inhabitants all think it's smaller). The vehicle is rated at over 5000 miles/year, pleasure use only, car symbol (z) (<--- I have no idea what this car symbol is...anyone?) Discounts applied are Accident-Free, Multiple Car, Homeowner, 30/60 (<---I have no idea what this is). Thankfully, this discussion about insurance caused me to look at my policy and realize that the VIN on my policy is listed wrong...a Z was written as a 2. One listee said his Westy is listed as a recreational vehicle...is it a cheaper rate? Time to go bug the insurance agent...:) -Jeff ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mark & Kate Sheflo" <skjeflo@TELEBYTE.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Wednesday, April 19, 2000 12:49 AM Subject: Re: Multi-vehicle insurance deals?
