I have mine installed that way (small table, over the cabinets). I'll bet one of your Van's previous owners did that too, and forgot the other set when selling it. I was fortunate in that the one I have still had all the extras: both tables, the rear-hatch screen, the front curtain, and, *the porta-potty* ! Now, if only someone hadn't screwed up the appliance wiring... I've seen a few Vanagons --Westies even -- around Ogden, but I *think* I have the only running air-cooled one locally.
