As I understand it, Because Stillen has to make batches from scratch, the cross drill is cast in also. The pads I do know are bonded. You're correct, the cross drill helps w/ heat disipation but it's the makeup of the pads that actually make the difference in stopping distance for average driving.
Ed wrote.. Good pads, on the other hand, can help almost any vehicle. They may eat rotors, but at least on my Syncro the rotors aren't too expensive.
