Rob, You are wasting your time arguing with a vendor about their warranty policy. You need to go to your state Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office and ask for assistance, or maybe even to the California SAG office to get this resolved. Insurance companies can give you labor rates for your state, and probably a national average, and I doubt that it will be $36/hr. But then what do you do? You need the clout of big brother government to help you if you are unsuccessful in resolving this yourself. Good luck! -- Stuart MacMillan Manager, Case Program 800-909-8244 ext. 8208 Fax: 206-269-6360 Getting your share of the Net yet? http://cobaltgroup.com http://UsedEquipNet.com |
