Your regulator has died. It was a Marshall Brass 260, but they don't make it anymore. You need a Marshall Brass 290 with weather covers (2 snap-on covers) and and excess-flow POL fitting. If you want you can use the POL fitting from your old regulator. The 290 is a couple inches longer than the 260, so you have to carefully bend the tubes coming from the interior to accommodate the extra length. Oh yeah -- POL fittings are left-hand thread. Excess-flow means it will shut off if too much gas goes through, as it might in an accident. Cost around $25-30 USD for parts, get them at RV dealer or propane place.
