For those with "challenges" in their life, a Golden Access Passport is available free for the asking. It provides free admission to all National Parks, Monuments, Historical Sites, National Wildlife Refuges, etc. to the bearer and those in his/her family or party. Also provides for discounted campground fees at most locations.

Washington State Parks has a discount fee program for the disabled as well, but I believe it applies only to Washington residents.
