They should fit without problems, but I cannot say for sure; I have never tried. I have seen pictures of Vans with 10x18 with 255/40 or 265/35 tires (offset unknown) under the rear fenders, so I would say it is possible. Both Vans in question had 8x18 with 225s up front.
