I hooked up my meter to mine... .375 amp is the draw while heating and 2.6 amp during the initial fire up. Not bad for current draw. I'm quite happy with the whole setup. I'll try a few nights with the motor and see how it goes. I'm sure I can make it a little quieter if I have to.
