Well,FWIW the tyres on my Waterboxer are Bridgestone G Grid 15x7 215 60's and they have an arrow on the sidewall indicating the direction of rotation. Obviously I only change them front to back at regular(ish)intervals...

YMMV,as not all tyres are like this...(but the G Grids do stick to the road like sh*t to a nappy!)
