Symptoms: Excessive Emissions, Poor Fuel Economy Occurs: Always

Hello Guys As you can see by the posted readings this system goes full rich at about 2000 rpm tested sensors, fuel pressure, air flow meter all tested OK Costumer had engine overheat a few weeks ago someone else repaired the car looks like a good job Any ideas? Thanks
