Dear Mr. Bulley,
   Awhile back you posted a detailed essay on how to best extract even the
most intractible bolts. I wanted to share its wisdom with someone on the
MK1GTI list over at Onelist, but I could not find it among my saved emails.
Is it possible that you could still have it saved somewhere and could p-mail
me with it, or even here if others on this list would like?

   I also enjoyed your piece on sound and thermal insulation that you have
on your web page (which I actually printed!)
