Oh yes there is, half a quart on the back of your van in 250 miles is a significant leak! Something is dripping and being blown up onto the back side. If there is no drip when parked, it is a pressurized leak. I fixed this leak on my '84 with JB Weld, but unfortunately you have to remove the engine, muffler, and engine mounts to get at the problem.
