My large (rear) table is mounted asymmetrically. If fits the space one way but not the other. It's big enough for two people to sit side-by-side. My small table is also mounted asymetrically, but fits either way. I keep the big one stowed overhead, behind the folded part of the upper bed, and the little one mounted on the arm over the lockers in rear. I use the front arm to hold a garbage bag reachable from the front seats.
