Thanks, Ken, it did. Others replied that it's not crucial and that it comes with locktite applied. I see from your site's pictures that that's the case. So here's my plan: I put the originals back on with new blue locktite. Drive it a couple of days to see if it's OK, then road trip. When I get back, I'll order the kit from you 'cause new bolts (and boots) would be even better.
