Chris, I've had the same problem intermittingly since 1996. When it first started I was in Death Valley and besides blinking the gauge needle moved all the way right. Still however it was not overheating or loosing coolant. Shortly thereafter I replaced the coolant tank and its' interior sensor. Now the problem doesn't return very often and when it does it usually "corrects" itself in short order. Also while the light may be blinking the temp needle doesn't go beyond the normal midway point. It's aggravating but I've learned to live with it. Garrett Adams 83.5 Adventurewagen GL Stockton, California |
