I have RH alloys mounted on my T3, which were originally designed for the Audi 100. http://kfz.freepage.de/rfeussner/pics/sonst/rh.jpg

I also have Audi 100 steel rims with winter-tires. Both wheel-sets fit on the rear of the vanagon, but you need spacers for the front, otherwise the rims will touch the U-joint of the vanagon. Also the steel rims donīt fit onto the vanagon front hub. The rimsī center has to be widened... Donīt know if genuine Audi alloys have the same center as Audi steel rims, but my RH alloys (for Audi 100) do fit onto the vanagon hub...

No info about Mercedes...
