On Thursday rec'd and installed this kit, extends the lever up to a more natural position and reduces the distance between gears. Next to my CD player this is the best 'daily driver' improvement yet. Cost about $90 CDN by the time customs cleared, about 25 minutes to install. No more stretching for third (my shorter girlfriend especially appreciates it).
