There is no tire in the 205/70-14 size with such a load rating except the Michelin MXT. If you go up to 215/70-14 you can find several tires with a load rating of 96. For a load rating of 98 you will have to go to 215/75-14 or 225/70-14. In my experience, 215 width tires are fine for the alloy wheels, but 225 width tires are on the upper end of what is suitable for that rim size.
