I've one in mine, too! It can be ordered direct from Gene Berg, however Gene Berg have a minimum order value of $50US for non-account holders. I ended up paying a $10 'penalty'. I believe Fast German Auto now have the short shift kit too ....

Fitting the collar-thingy was a bit of a pain. I had to remove a bunch of the plastic sleeving from the gearshift.
