That's good to know, but I still say you are an anonymous rebuilder if you don't advertise your name and personalize your business. People buy from people, and Leonard should put his name on his advertising along with his personal commitment to customer satisfaction. Otherwise he is choosing to be anonymous, even if he makes great engines. Tell him to change his company name to Leonard's Quality Engines and join some of the VW mail lists!
