Please -- no. It ruins any chance of keeping messages together because a reply to [Vanagon] foo will be headed [Vanagon] Re: [Vanagon] foo, which the mailer doesn't recognize as the same subject. You can easily filter listmail based on some other characteristic, such as the fact that it comes from vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com.
