Subject: correct oil?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

For the cool summer temps in Alaska (only rarely over 75 degrees F) the owners manual seems to indicate that 15W 40 is the correct grade of engine oil for my 86 2.1. Does that seem like the best choice for summer use on a long trip? Also, I checked the Archives, but I seem to time out before the search is completed even when I narrow it to about 1 year. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Jeff Hartman Juneau, Alaska
