Subject: Replacing wiring into glow plug relay?

A simple question which probable applies to wiring in to *any* relay, but my problem right now is with the glow plug relay:

The wiring both to my glow plug relay and from my relay to the glow plug bus is in need of replacement. How the heck do I pull the connecting wires out of the block the relay plugs in to without destroying the wires and/or the plug receptacle? The wiring connectors appear to me stuck in there like it's a "one way" (can insert them, but can't remove 'em) connection for those wires into the block the relay plugs into.

Is there a trick to removing these wires without damaging them or do I have to toast the wires and the block and buy new block and make new wire sets? (I'd find the latter rather hard to believe).

Thanks to any advise!
