Tricks that work to help pass emissions: 1. Catalytic converter is number one, something like a factor of 60% improvement. 2. Change oil and filter 10% 3. PC valve 15% 4. Make sure catalytic is nice and hot put some good miles on it before testing. 5. Spark plugs and cap should be in good clean condition. 6. Clean air filter.
