With or without modifications?

Without modifications, using the 14" allow wheels, the largest is a 27x8.50-14. BFG makes a good one (I have them) and Dunlop and Firestone als make them.

If you go with modifications, you can use a 15" wheel and go to a 215/75-15 which will fit. If you upgrade your trailing arms and cut your fenders a bit, you can probably go up to about 30" or 31". But then you'll need gearing and a motor capable of turning those tires.
