Alain, If I remember correctly the original fire extinguishers are not rechargeable. If you still have the original fire extinguisher you might be wise to chuck it and buy a new one as they can become ineffective with age due to either loss of pressure and/or packing and caking of the dry ingredients at the bottom of the tube. New ones come with a mounting strap... at least the auto ones do... better yet go to a real fire extinguisher place and get a good one that is rechargeable... some will have a wall mount bracket option.
