Hello Mick,

Let's see, first you carefully, (very carefully) take your front incisors and grasp the loose vinyl or cloth and bite down firmly. Next, pull your head away gently, then vigorously!!!!! Tearing and shredding the outer covering until you expose the bolt on the interior. Now you are ready to simply ratchet the loose bolt back to snug.

Easy wasn't it!

P.S.....Mr. Sniffyhands???!!!!!
